I can ask the victim questions though. That’s probably something most private investigators don’t get the opportunity to do. Is there anything I should ask besides the obvious, like “What did the murderer look like?”
I don't know if that's a good idea. It's a very unstable situation as the moment. And I don't think she'd appreciate knowing that I brought in outside help.
She's supposed to be visiting us later today. Maybe I could ask her if it's alright then.
